Amazing art style.
Yet I never played Prince of Persia because I’m not into games like Tomb Raider, Soul Reaver etc.

I thought it was called Heir Apparent? Different title in Europe, I guess? Oh, and the game itself looks amazing. Nice to see more fantasy games in this sci-fi/war obsessed generation

Anyway, this seems to be a day 1 purchase for me if the gameplay holds up and it the art works well with the gameplay.

I was excited about this game until this trailer showed up. It brings back to the fore the lack of imagination Ubisoft bears when it comes to presentation, plus fears that the trite crap "inspired" by other available media will direct the development of the game. My expectations for the plot and characters have hit rock bottom yet again, for the third time.

The game looks really nice and i look forward to playing it, my only gripe is that the prince looks like a complete douche. But then again he was a complete douche in Warrior Within as well, and i still enjoyed that game a lot...bugs and everything :P

I have a weakness for that kind of (Arabian) art. The clothes, weapons, setting...everything! XD

I am persian, and this prince is cool :D

The weapons are waaay too curved for my liking, but these clothes from PoP series are very good looking, except the one from Warriors Within, he looks too much of a goth.

I like the sanskrit letters though, even though I can't read or write them.

That's what I said about Resident Evil, sure it'll be fun to play through with a friend, but doesn't it kind of ruin the atmosphere? Co-op seems to be the big thing this year.

I'm looking forward to this game, but I can't say I was impressed by this trailer. Very generic, ugly CG, and silly Advent Children style animation. Just showing some of the actual gameplay would have been far more impressive.

Co-op is great but you can't just take any game,s tick co-op on there and expect it to be awesome. I don't think PoP would work very well with 2 players if they stick with teh formula gamers know and love.

Also zomg wtf bbq, 2008 christmas release!? How awesome is that? SO awesome!

Not bad at all, but the animations... meh. I hope to see nice and fluid animations in game...
