I've sometimes resorted to digging though "page info" though Firefox to get to the url for a specific post, but it's a bit of a hassle.

It would be nice if you could add a link to the post somewhere IN the post, as it's always a vague endeavour to give someone a thread and go "it's in here.. somewhere".

Something like at the end of the post beside "reply" and "quote" for instance.

Yeah, that's something I definitely have to do.
