The latest OXM just confirmed that Enchanted Arms (US Title) is facing a western release on Summer 2006 which will be published by Ubisoft! The game is said to last for around 50 hours (according to Ubisoft) More info is expected by E3!]

Screw famitsu they gave DYNASTY WARRIORS a better score than both halo 2 AND ninja gaiden need I say more? Actually enchant arm got a better score than both ninja gaiden AND halo 2.

They both got scores of 31 I think

I'm not surprised by the final fantasy review there is no way in hell a game that wasn't completely reworked to take advantage of the 360's power and is the same game as the ps2 and pc version that has been out for so long now going to get any sort of love in any reviews right now. Is the game better than a 6.0? You bet your ass it is, but do I agree with that review? Yes I do. Why do I agree? Lets say the game was never released on any other platform for such a long time before coming to the 360 would I agree with that review then if it looked and played exactly as it does now? Hell no, I'd expect no less than a 8.5.

Like chrono cross if it was released on the 360 now with the exact same graphics (no significant improvements worthy of a console like the 360 it would probably get no higher than an 8.

Final Fantasy XI for the 360 is by no means a bad game, but most people will be mad it wasn't completely remade for the 360.

Back on topic I hope they leave the japanese voices in there and just give us subtitles in addition to an english dub as well, because you know some people are picky like that if there are no english dubs people will complain. Buying this game day one.

Yea I was trying to be respectful to how good a game it was by saying atleast an 8 haha :P

Well its a sloppy port so I understand if there are slowdowns at times. The 360 can handle more graphically impressive mmos than that so they should've atleast put in the work to better optimize if they weren't going to improve it graphically.

Apparently ninety nine nights increased sales of 360s in japan by 100%, but that isn't too good because sales were like at what 2000 a week? I believe 4000 sold this time and ninety nine nights sold 27,000 copies apparently. I'm not sure how accurate that info is somebody said it. Can anyone verify?

Sales need to increase like 2000% lol.

Um where did i see this info... i think it sold slighty more than the Gamecube for the same week which is not good news at all..

I think its clear that Japan just aren't interested in it.. and i doubt even Blue Dragon is guna help that much..

I just hope we continue to see Japanese support regardless of how well it does in Japan.

We will jolli IF they send the damn games to the usa and europe. Look at itagaki his games sell. I've yet to hear usa or europe plan for blue dragon or lost odyssey and if those games don't come to the usa I'll be extremely pissed off, but microsoft is publishing them so they should come to the usa. Well... I think if sakaguchi's game is as good as I expect it to be it will change things for the 360 in japan. Not to a sustained level I think, but I think we'll see a week in which 200,000 360s are sold atleast. If there isn't atleast 1 week where 200,000 360s are sold when sakaguchi's games release then there is no hope for the 360 in japan and they'll just have to send the damn games to the usa if they want to succeed.

I hope japanese developers don't start targeting most of their games for usa or europe markets simply because the japanese wont buy it I want straight up japanese games no nonsense of japanese developers trying to go out of their element. Also this one game where its like some wolf god and it looks like animation and there is something regarding a paint brush is so damn beautiful... I must say. Its a ps2 game I think the game looks awesome.

Personally i think both BD and LO are targetted towards the west just as much the East.

Remember your talking about the man who brought FF7 to the US and Europe.

I don't deny the BD will shift 360's at some point in Japan but i don't think it will make much of a dent in the whole scheme of things.

Sega have already said they are more concerned with the western market than they are the Japanese market, and i think companies like Capcom with titles like RE target the west also.

With the American and European market growing like it is i don't think Japanese dev's can ignore the western market anymore.

Because at that time Gamespot was afraid of losing members,basically all SEGA fans wrote hatemails and showed links and reviews from other sites and gaved their opinion.

So since they wanted to be the voice of the gamers they gaved it 10 more points.

However Greg kasavin has said that he would never do what jeff did,and GS wont do it again,it happend once it wont happend again.

But still,jeff go back to your burnout or tonyhawk and let the real players go shenmue/ff7 :)

Sakaguchi: FF8 became even more realistic as it was favorable in 3D motion and there was also Naora the art director's direction too...But this time, with Vivi the black mage, he couldn't hold a sword because it would get caught in his hat so, we thought "Why not?"...
