2007-06-08 21:11:07 Yeah you can save a whole decal and apply it to as many cars as you want. A decal cannot be copied off a car that has been bought on the auction house though. That would definatly ruin it. |

2007-06-08 22:06:28 Select other side of car then an empty decal slot. Press A on that and theres an option to insert all from other side of car. |

Which means if you lock it noone buying the car after you sell it can copy the paintjob/decals onto another car, but if you don't lock it they can.. Can someone confirm that? |

2007-06-09 18:03:48 People are spending more time customizing cars than... racing o_0 (Kind of puts graphics into perspective in how artistry draws people this much into a game... 'tis 'portant!) When Microsoft took the game to the Sebring 12-hour race this year to show off, they let the Risi Competitzione racing drivers have a go to compare the experience of lapping the track in a virtual F430 GT2 car with the real thing. Mika Salo, Jamie Melo and Johnny Mowlem all found they were slower in the game than in real life, as they were suffering wheel spin in certain corners. It turned out that in real life, the teams keep their traction control activated to save the tires, and once they turned it on in the game they were able to match their actual lap times. If you are brave, though, and play with all the aids turned off, along with no racing line and the hardest AI setting, you'll earn a 50 percent bonus at the end of each race, which adds up quickly. --- |
