It got delayed and that was the last we heard. Hopefully we hear more soon, maybe a summer release? Fall could be disasterous.

Wishlist: PGR4 with a FF wheel, 2K Legends Football, and Halo 3 with an XFPS controller. And I can dream that Halo Wars will be a Battlezone PC clone...

Releasing your title next to Halo 3 and GTA4 would be a tragedy, but relasing a title next to Bioshock and Blue Dragon wouldn't help much either.
I seriously hope some of the titles planned for the second half half of 2007 will slip to next year as I don't want to see them bomb.

no chance, and why would Fall be disasterous? none of the games have had big blockbuster success, but i'm sure it will sell a healthy amount when ever it is released. BIA's are one of the few games that dont go looking for the mass market of casual gamers, *cough*hour of victory*cough*.

EDIT: ok, releasing it next to Halo 3 would not be such a good move. The question is, which one will be delayed to 2008?

Ubisoft line up for this year's chrismtas so far has only Assassin's Creed on it so I wouldnt rule out Brothers in arms for that period too. Splinter Cell Convicition and of course the unstoppable GRAW 3.0 will be March/April titles as usual. Tom Clancy's Endwar might join them with perhaps an announcement for Naruto 360 and Prince of persia next gen and rainbow six 5 or 6 or I dont know for Q4 2008 ...

We'll see and I hope what you said will come true but I honestly doubt it ... Ubisoft is heading in a direction I dont like. At least they are investing in Assassin's Creed which still gives me hope about the company. they are not the company that blew out the competition with Beyond Good and Evil, Prince of persia Sands of time and the origianl splinter cell anymore ....

Don't forget about COD4 either.

Been looking forward to this for a while, would love to see it come out this year. However, from a marketing standpoint, 2008 seems more reasonable. Oh well, whenever it's released, I will be buying it. :)

Very cool if true. It means that this time they'll hopefully introduce more new elements and make the game longer. Also GRAW2 looks crazy, I can't imagine how will be their third game on the platform looking.

Ubisoft seems to be a third party publisher that invested the most into X360 and I don't know what's wrong with them. Sure GRAW2 was a little bit of milking the franchise, but it is a very solid game and much improved over original. SC:DA was made by a developer that was always considered as one of their worst, so it's really not surprising (I haven't played the game mind you). R6 Vegas is a very good and well thought out tactical shooter and it's a very decent product. They have also many games that have been in development for years now and will be quite innovative and very advanced. I personally hope that Ubi Montpellier (with Michel Ancel) will change course they took over several last years (with King Kong and new Rayman). Overall I love Ubi.:)

OFF TOPIC RANT :D

I want my damn Beyond Good and Evil Sequel. They trashed a brilliant concept when they didnt make a follow up to that game ... Curse Those people who did not buy the game in the first place although part of the blame should go to ubisoft as well for not marketing the game the way you should.

i know what you mean. there's been a drought on 360 since last year. was never interested in Lost planet and have only just purchaced crackdown this week for the Beta. other than those 2 there hasn't been much.

There is tons coming out later this year, with Forza 2 kicking it all off. I would be happy for BIA:HH to have another few months and come out during next years dought, if there is one.

Well, if you choose to use animals like PIGS as one of you're main characters, it's not very appealing at first glance.

Atleast that's what put me off at first. Annoying characters with annoying voices. But after a friend of mine pursuaded me to play the game, I got to see how enoyable the game really was. And it WAS very good indeed..!

I know we've been quiet for a long time. Perhaps too long.

The fact is that the BiA Hell's Highway team has been working hard. The team has the ambition to make the best game they've ever worked on and to make the best next-generation Brothers in Arms game they can imagine. The hard work is paying off. I can tell you that the game is, in a nutshell, amazing. We're ready to start talking again. We're ready to start showing the game.

Get ready!

Colonel Antal and I are spending the entire month at press events meeting with journalists from all over the world. By the end of May, news and information should start trickling out. Then, the trickle will turn into a stream. I'm going to be on the road pretty much non-stop until the last week of May.

When I get back, I intend to offer some exclusive information right here on the Gearbox Forums. I don't know what I'm going to talk about yet or if we're going to show any screenshots or video, but we'll do something.

I'm also going to start getting more active in BiA forums again. It's going to be hard for me while I'm travelling, but after the press tour you can expect to see me visit at least once a week for awhile. I don't recommend sending my any private messages - I get so many, I'm not likely to be able to reply, let alone read them all. I do scan the forums, however, and I expect I'll be able to dialogue on the forums with some of you who are most hardcore

Thanks for the interest and support. I'm confident BiA HH will not only be worth the wait, but will be the best WW2 action game ever released. It's certainly the best game I've ever been involved with.
