The game is coming for: PC, XBOX360 and PS3.

Release date:

North America on November 3, 2009 on PC-XBOX360;
Europe on November 6, 2009 on PC-XBOX360;
BioWare has stated that the PlayStation 3 version of the game will be released on November 17, 2009.

We'll see new stuff at E3 for sure. It's hard to believe that this game was announced four years ago, and we haven't really seen it yet. Sure, we saw a build at what, E3 2k5? I'm sure the game looks nothing like that anymore...

I can't wait. I wish this game was coming out this year. I mean, it was announced four years ago, after all.. so.. get it out! Oh well.. 2009 :/

And then there are others, showing a top down, BG/NWN sort of perspective as well. I wonder if we'll be given the option to play from different perspectives. Regardless, I can't wait to see what a massive upgrade this game has seen in the last three years.

And regardless, it's going to be fuck'n EPIC!

This is going to be the next big RPG :) (Hopefully)

Well not much good RPGs been out anyway, one i remeber is The Witcher.

I think its great, as we can see in the picture you posted and this one the camera styles. Isometric when to fight, and 3rd person view when exploring.

And hopefully we can change it whenever we want. The witcher is great, gives us option to use wich camera we want.

I remember hearing about this game years ago... I think around the time NWN2 was announced. Bioware has yet to let me down, and I doubt this will be an exception :)

Bioware is much like Blizzard, perfect track record. And much like blizzard, games take ages before they come out.
Gives you an idea why almost all games done in 1-2 years are utter crap.

Yeah, dragon age looks 2009, while D3 looks 2010-11, SC2 looks end 2009.

I hope this is good. No no no I hope this is the best thing ever.

Those were good times when Bioware and Black isle studios made RPG. Best RPG ever made are from that era.

Now there is not that many great RPG's anymore :/
