Since 7442 DaysIf it was a new campaign they would have added new enemies and new cutscenes to *cough* extend the "story".
This is pretty much mission mode, same levels, same enemies, just random located with random enemy inputs.

I don't think I will bother with anymore DLC from NG2 considering most of them was suppose to be in the game in the first place, yes and Mission Mode (according to NG2 stradegy book).
