Hi guys just a quik question here.
I'm going to buy a 360 again, seems like they fixed the hardware problems. but now I see that there are two versions with HDMI in it. Xbox 360 pro and Xbox Elite. Wich one is the best option?

Elite all the way, I will be trading my old 360 in and getting an elite in a few months.

I say Elite because of the extra HDD storage it will come in quite handy for installing games.

If you want to download a lot of DLCs and Xbox Originals, Movies and use the upcoming feature of being able to install any game (for faster loading and less noise) I'd definatly get the Elite because of its large HD. If you won't use any of this things, or just occasionly- a 20 gig HD is plenty.

They will start selling in August..

So if you want to go for a PRO just wait a few more weeks.. I wouldn't buy a 20GB version now..

I'm thinking to buy a new Xbox 360 PRO 60GB myself aswell to replace the 20GB I have now, to get HDMI and a bigger harddrive.. Depends on what I can get for this one I guess, I won't sell it for less then 150 euro (with 1 controller).. On the other hand, I won't need HDMI when they are gonna add 1680x1050 over VGA, maybe just a bigger harddrive to install games on.. Might aswell buy a new PRO anyway then because a new bigger harddrive is just as expensive.. We'll see..

You will never get 150 euros for a pro, i got £110 ~140 euros for mine and it was a mint launch unit (that had already been repaired) and thought that was extremely generous.
I already went for en elite earlier in the year and it was a great decision, the HD space is immense (the 20 gig was full on my pro), HDMI is great and the colour fits in with everything else I have.
Now that the 60 gig version is coming out it really depends on how many games u will install to the drive or how much you will download as the HD space is quite reasonable on the pro now and it has all the capabilities of the elite.

Mine is a refurbished launchmodel (MFR date 10-20-2005) aswell, and I won't sell it for less then 150 euro this year.. If noone wants to pay that for it, to bad, then I'll keep it, because I'm not into charity.. The thing is worth it, not a scratch on it, and never gave me a problem since I got it (April 2007), never locks up etc.. I'm sure I'll be able to sell it for 150 euro.. A new Arcade without a (very expensive) harddrive is still 50 euro more..

And I might throw in a few games (I never play anymore) if it really doesn't sell.. I've never failed to sell anything for at least asking price.. ;)
