Hi,
I was just wondering why the MP4 high def files are often twice the size of the WMV ones. Are you using the H.264 codec or straight MP4, and so needing to boost the bit rate to get the same visuals?
Thanks

Nah, it means that we got a wmv file directly from somewhere, and that it was encoded in much lower quality than what we do. The MP4 version is encoded using the WMV as source, but uses our quality setting. Since mp4 and wmv encoding a very different, it will produce a file the same size as if the source was HQ.
95% of our files have the wmv/mp4 version with only a few % of difference.

I did remember that it had previously been about the same size, but the glut of stuff from E3 hid that from me, and was what led me to my question in the first place!

Thanks for clearing that up, and keep up the good work, this site is my 1 stop place for gaming videos :)
