Gamersyde est un site de média-information consacré à l'actualité du jeu-vidéo consoles et PC, et spécialisé dans la production et diffusion de vidéos de haute qualité à très haut bitrate dans leur résolution et framerate d'origine. À l'heure où la compression vidéo exagérée devient de plus en plus la norme sur Internet, Gamersyde est le dernier petit village gaulois à encore résister à l'envahisseur Youtube. Toutes les vidéos sont disponibles en téléchargement et en streaming, jusqu'en 4K et 60 images par seconde dans les deux cas, et dans une qualité largement supérieure à celle de Youtube pour le streaming. Nous sommes également en mesure d'enregistrer des extraits de jeu en HDR pour les joueurs équipés d'écrans compatibles. L'intégralité de notre contenu est gratuit, et accessible en français ainsi qu'en anglais.

Inscrit depuis 7505 JoursThis is something I did real quick just to see what I could do, and anyone who is proficient in photoshop could probably do the same, so I thought I would make this thread for such ideas/layouts.
I suggest this for improving the readability of the website. The rest of the site I really have no issue with at all, looks good.
I think everything as it is right now is very heavy on the right as far as information to take in, needs some balance. Also About like I said in the front page news topic is pretty unnecessary and I'm surprised it's not just stuck at the bottom where I moved it. Then I just shifted things like the What's Up section under My Account like it appears after you enter the forum.
The top left corner next to News is vacant but you could stick something else there like podcast or whatever, same with the space below the Trojan ad on the left.
Rollover drop menus are also something to consider I think
Let me know what you think, and sorry if I'm overstepping my bounds here.
One last suggestion though. It might be worth giving users some control with the grey color behind everything. A lot of users complain about the colors and this would solve that issue. Obviously you would choose wisely so it doesn't hinder any design choices, but I think it's worth a try.

Inscrit depuis 6980 Jourstheres admitidly a LOT of stuff to take in on the front page, with the videos, chat box, news, latest comments, top stories etc....but i think it looks good and works great. only thing i didnt like was the tiny text in the commets...but it seems to have been been made bigger. either that or i've CTRL-scroll wheel'd by accident?
