Gamersyde est un site de média-information consacré à l'actualité du jeu-vidéo consoles et PC, et spécialisé dans la production et diffusion de vidéos de haute qualité à très haut bitrate dans leur résolution et framerate d'origine. À l'heure où la compression vidéo exagérée devient de plus en plus la norme sur Internet, Gamersyde est le dernier petit village gaulois à encore résister à l'envahisseur Youtube. Toutes les vidéos sont disponibles en téléchargement et en streaming, jusqu'en 4K et 60 images par seconde dans les deux cas, et dans une qualité largement supérieure à celle de Youtube pour le streaming. Nous sommes également en mesure d'enregistrer des extraits de jeu en HDR pour les joueurs équipés d'écrans compatibles. L'intégralité de notre contenu est gratuit, et accessible en français ainsi qu'en anglais.

Combat is challenging without being to hard. I'm playing on Normal, the higher diffs must be really tough.

Sure as hell can't handle it, either. He tried high-spec settings, medium spec settings. Disabled Anisotrophic filtering, disabled aa, disabled catalyst AI, attempted to run the game in windowed mode, but not sure if he ever succeeded at getting that done. I'd love to play it on my pc, but if that's how it performs, the 360 version might be the safer buy.
Is anyone in here running the enhanced edition on their pc successfully? If so, please mention what specs you have, or if you did anything special to get it running right.

He had the latest 12.3 drivers from AMD, from what I saw. And you guys are actually playing the "enhanced edition" of the game?

Inscrit depuis 6688 JoursNope, he has an absolute monster rig. 32GB of Corsair RAM. Intel Core I7 CPU, forgot which specifically, and he has the same gpu as me, Radeon HD 6870. Maybe something is wrong with his pc or something, I don't know. Maybe he's just an isolated incident. I just seriously hope it isn't the case that my GPU is just screwed with this game, for whatever reason.
I wonder if it's accidentally running off of his iGPU? Maybe that's what's going on. Because he's running that virtu control panel thing that does automatic GPU switching. Maybe he needs to disable that thing, and get rid of his dual monitor setup. Maybe it's causing issues with the game.

Inscrit depuis 6688 JoursAnd the second reason, similar to my own reason for running both the Radeon 6870 and the onboard GPU simultaneously, is the fact that my monitor, the Samsung 2233rz, can only reach it's max potential of 120hz at 1680x1050 resolution when plugged into the top dvi port on the Radeon 6870. He also has the same Samsung monitor. By plugging his Samsung monitor into the Radeon 6870's top dvi port, he's able to get full 120hz. And by connecting his second monitor to the onboard GPU's dvi port, he's able to run his samsung at 120hz at the same time that he's using a dual monitor setup.
If you attempt to connect both monitors to the radeon 6870, one of two things will happen.
#1 120hz monitor plugged into main port and works, the second monitor simply won't pull a picture. Guess the first monitor hogs all the resources.
#2 You can run both monitors at the same time. However, the 120hz needs to be plugged into the second, less capable dvi-port on the 6870, and the less impressive monitor has to be plugged into the better port. You have a working dual monitor setup in this case, but it will be impossible for the 120hz monitor to actually reach 120hz. 120hz only works in the first port. So for anyone wanting to use their 120hz monitor at 120hz, the onboard GPU workaround is a necessary evil.
One Radeon 6870 is fine for dual monitor if you don't mind not running your 120hz at full capability. Now, if one of the monitors actually used HDMI, then I suppose that would be one way of solving the dual monitor issue. I'll probably end up grabbing an HDMI equipped monitor down the road.
