2009-09-17 01:48:05 Pdf reader?

I have a PDF e-book that i want to be able to scribble all over (making notes in the margin etc.), do you guys have any tips on a program that i might use? Preferably free. I tried foxit reader but that sucked a little more than i would have liked so...yeah, any help appreciated as i couldn't find much via google :)

coincidentally I was just doing some research on this a couple weeks ago, trying to ditch Adobe's piece of crap.

I settled on PDF-XChange.
It's basically everything Adobe's thing isn't - fast, low memory usage, small install.
