The issue could be the preroll ad not loading because you have an ad blocking software. Please try to temporarily disable it and see what happens.
If it's indeed the issue, we'll definitely find a way to make it work even with an ad blocking program enabled.

i dont have an ad blocker, or a firewall enabled (i live dangerously...lol) so that isnt the reason for me personally. it just doesnt want to work. old system worked, new system doesnt. except for the low quality stream which still works.

I have the same problem, i've tried disabling Adblock Plus and NoScript but the HQ streams still won't load for me

I've tried it from two different locations (home and work) and am having the same issue all the time. Tried with IE and firefox at work under XP, firefox under XP and 2000 at home. Variations of flash players (9 and 10) gave the same result. No adblock software installed on any of the PCs.

I tested a couple more HQ streams and they are still working for me. I don't know why it's different from other people.
I have Adblock Plus installed on Firefox, though it is disabled for this site.

IE7 plays them fine as well.

Disabled Ad-Block, updated everything, even did something I haven't done in years (opened it with latest IE) and it STILL doesn't load :/

HQ don't work, LQ works fine.

When I'm watching streaming videos in fullscreen, there's a symbol of a lightning bolt visible. Here's a screenshot to illustrate the problem:

Does this have to do with a new streaming service you're using? Is there a way to remove it?

Yeah I've been told about this a bit yesterday night on the French forum. I've forwarded the issue to the company that hosts our stream so hopefully it will be fixed quickly.
