May on Gamersyde

With May behind us and E3 round the corner, it is time to recapitulate what happened on Gamersyde in the last 31 days. We were quite busy in May, with a good number of new releases. We did our best not to forget anything, so we hope you enjoyed all the videos. June will be a bit quieter, aside from E3 that is, but stay tuned as we'll keep trying to provide you with the best quality footage on the Internet.

Our videos of Mad Riders

A few hours from now, you'll all be able to get your hands on the trial version of Mad Riders, Techland's latest title. Technically, this new racing game is quite colorful, with highly detailed tracks, quite an impressive draw distance and the fastest framerate you've seen in a while. The game also runs very smoothly, with almost no pop-up or aliasing issues to be seen. The only catch is you must accept a rather poor physics engine and the very arcadey controls which go with it. Not sure everyone will appreciate it, but hey, that's what demos are for.
Update: Two video added along with the launch trailer.

Mad Riders strikes back

Techland's marketing guys have already proved their talent with Dead Island, but they are back with a different angle in this whole new trailer of Mad Riders. Now we don't know how this downloadable title will turn out, but that's a pretty funny way of promoting a game with races.

Ubisoft unveils Mad Riders

Ubisoft has just announced Mad Riders, a new off-road arcade racing game developed by Techland. This might recall you the game Nail'd from the same developer. Let's hope this time we'll be able to do some tricks. It will be available as digital download this Spring on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. First trailer and screens inside.
