Lionhead has released the 7:th Inside Lionhead documentary, this time presenting music and audio in Fable 2. The game is finished and recently went gold, and will hit the streets on October 24th.

I don't know if I'd even call the area where the dog is empty. I mean expect there'll be areas where there isn't that much stuff around. So who knows. I just expect there to be areas that look like that. Not bad for being so early.

Well their title is still early. The first game looked nicely populated, but yea... Bungie sharing stuff with them would be pretty cool. I wouldn't mind seeing moving foliage in Fable 2, but if it'll potentially interfere with anything else then its best they don't, but it would be pretty cool.

Although this idea is great, I want a bird!!!
I want the same bird specie that is in Ninja Gaiden, which I forgot what kind of bird it is. It's like it is from the eagle "family". Anyway, if there is not objection for having a flying bird like a eagle or a wolf, I won't have a animal at all.
Other than that, it is gonna be awesome.

Soooo when can I see it. Those pics are entirely too small--I don't need to see Peter and the surrounding room, just Fable. :/ Looking forward to seeing more..its formal introduction to the public will hopefully be a bit more refined.
The comment about massive outdoor environments is promising, I just think what's shown here needs "decorators" :)

I hope they don't look all bulky like the first Fable. Meaning big hands, big feet, big head, but tiny bodies. Peter said that the Fable 2 will be dark and mature theme, so I hope they have a good model structures on the characters.

I expect the character design will be somewhat simular, but there should be a big twist on everything visually in Fable 2--it does take place during an entirely different time period/era.
I wonder if the dog will change as he grows up in a way that reflects your choices in the game world as well. That would be pretty cool. Can't wait to see the good dog vs. the evil dog.

He has a rifle on his back, awesome. I am so gonna use that almost the entire game with mix of replicas pistols. The sword he has is a Reaper, same style like the mukseteers used. Its fast and deadly and very sharp.
Do you HAVE to walk with the dog, and then pick up his crap?
How cool would be if you could let the dog crap on someone else's property and then go, and then the owner of the property gets angry, hahaha.

It's not bad, but i can't say i am floored with it either.
Visually it is very close to Fable 1 with better detail and texturing, but i'm glad they have stuck with the similar theme and look to the first one.
Look forward to seeing more.

This is a test level so not all the levels will be like this, but this is what we can expect obviously. This looks like the light side of Fable we all know, but I am sure Peter well show us the dark side as well.
But like most of us are saying, we have to wait and see for more screenshots of the game itself and gameplay and such, no CGI or cooncept arts.

The dog isn't primarily there as a pet like in nintendogs, it's in there acting as a HUD, and i think it will add loads of depth to the game. You will learn to read his actions and reactions, which will alert you to whats round the corner, or if someone is not trustworthy.
Imagine talking to a character who is getting you to trust him, and by the reaction of the dog (barking or what ever) based on his instincts you can make better decisions. As you go through life, you are not just thinking about your self but also about your relationship with your dog.
This is really original and a fantastic idea.
