Atari celebrates the quite tumultuous launch of Alone In The Dark and releases a last trailer for Eden Studios' adventure game.

Atari released this first Behind the Scenes video of Alone In The Dark, where a few Eden Studios developers explain with a more or less heavy French accent how difficult and long the prototyping phase of the game was.

Atari released these images of Alone In The Dark, showing the inventory, healing system, maps and more. The game will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 2 at the 20th of June, while the Playstation 3 version is planned to be released sometime this autumn. A demo of the Xbox 360 version is supposed to be released a week before the release of the game.

Alone In The Dark is a hotly anticipated horror & survival videogame. Lead Designer Hervé Sliwa tells us more about the challenges he had (and his team) to face while developing this title, and gives us many tidbits of info at the same time. Needless to say, this is a very interesting read.
