The logo screams: Pokemon!
With Nintendo going for a different market, MS's buying of Rare is finally showing some direction. Rare has always made quality console games (Bangjo, Kameo, Diddy Kong Racing, etc). This is providing MS with an inhouse studio to compete in this important market.
The stylized graphics remind me of a CGI cartoon. Spot on.

Essentially it's Animal Crossing vs. Harvest Moon vs. Pokemon for the 360. You own a house and you cultivate the area and buy the Pinata characters and BAD Pinata characters will cause you trouble.
