Video of the Zegapain XOR demo

Zegapain XOR was announced a few months ago the game adaptation of the Zegapain anime on Xbox 360. The demo is now available on the japanese Marketplace, and of course I HAD to do a video. After a few minutes playing the demo, I don't really regret not preordering that game. It's not terrible, but it's certainly not great either. Just your average anime adaptation.
Update: The 720p version is online.

10 Zegapain XOR images

Bandai released via xbox.com these mostly new images of Zegapain XOR. It will come to no surprise that this seems to be a rather average game.

Zegapain japanese TVCM

Bandai has started airing this TVCM for Zegapain XOR, to be release next month in Japan, on japanese TV. As with most anime to game adaptation done by Bandai, I'm not expecting anything great...
Update : Added a new trailer. Quite nice, at least until 2 minutes and a half...

Zegapain XOR trailer

Zegapain XOR was in the spotlight this morning during the Press Briefing, certain because Microsoft is still trying to prove that they also can secure a big license exclusively for their console. That doesn't make a good game though, and this trailer certainly doesn't show much that would make it anything more than yet another Bandai licensed game.

Zegapain XOR images

Microsoft doesn't seem to have released images from that many games during the event in Japan, but here are at least a big bunch of images from Zegapain XOR. We'll hopefully have the Japanese Marketplace trailer up tonight.

Japan: MS is getting serious?

Microsoft is trying to prove once again that they are very serious about Japan, and this time they had quite a few interesting announcements about upcoming Xbox 360 games. Many thanks to Jonnyram for his realtime reporting from the press conference.

Famitsu Xbox 360 scans

Famitsu Xbox 360 this month has a 4 pages article about Zegapain XOR, a mecha looking a lot like Zone of the Enders based on a new Anime starting airing this week in Japan.
MAJ : Added 2 pages of Ninety Nine Nights, and one of Bullet Witch.

Famitsu Weekly scans

2 Xbox 360 games had the honor of getting 2 full pages in Famitsu Weekly this week. First of all Capcom's Dead Rising, but also a brand new game called Zegapain XOR. This new game is the adaptation of a brand new Anime series who starts airing next month in Japan.

IRAIPT0IR Not that I care for reviews in the case of Bayonetta but if 10s and 9s make some doubters buy a copy then so be it,this game deserves a lot of sales and good reviews its going to help in that. (13 minutes ago)

SimonM7 They never died, we just started spending tons of time investing in our hobbies to the point where we can form our own rough estimates before purchases. Most people still can't, reviews are for them. (22 minutes ago)

Tinks Actually reviews died when we all became old enough to realize everything is subjective. (41 minutes ago)

dingleberry RPG's are always going to be contentious when it comes to reviews. They aren't everyone's cup of tea. As for reviewers, credibility died a long, long time ago as soon as 10/10 scores bacame a norm. (1 Hour ago)

SimonM7 EDGE is well above ripping games a new one though. They don't exactly need to have emo fits to put them on the map. (1 Hour ago)
