    Ronsauce I'm not a fan of it either...hence why I don't do it. The interval instead of steady-state method of training is applicable to all manner of cardio though. Ellipticals...rowing machines...bikes..etc.. (3 Hours ago)

    Doom_Bringer @Ronsauce: I am not a big fan of running, its too hard on the legs IMO especially if you are weight lifting (squatting etc). I personally love the elliptical trainers. Fat people can use em too! (3 Hours ago)

    Ronsauce It's jus that running long distances tends to be catabolic and isn't ideal for fat loss. Sprinting is great for fat loss and is better for preserving muscle. Look at marathon runners vs sprinters. (3 Hours ago)
