@droezelke: agreed that's why I mentioned earlier that i was happy to see AMD innovate with their HBM tech with a 4096-bit mem bus, but again capacity is the problem atm, 4GB is just not enough. (0 minute ago)
@jmd749: more important than vram is the speed of the memory bus. (8 minutes ago)
@alimokrane: Silly kids and their entitlement.... (8 minutes ago)
@jmd749: I'm looking to buy a new GPU, was going to buy a GTX 970 to replace my 670. Got around £300 ($434) to spend on one or should i go for AMD? (11 minutes ago)
I don't mean this in a sarcastic way, but thanks for the article but i'm fully aware of the bottlenecks involved in PC gaming and did not mean for you to think that I think Vram is all. (11 minutes ago)
@alimokrane: I did the exact same thing. ;D Only, I sold my Xbox One THIS MORNING. Had fun doing it too. (14 minutes ago)
@MordeaniisChaos: Never said it was, I gave the e.g of Shadow of Mordor. My 2 GTX780 Ti's had enough GPU power to play the game at max settings, but I had to select medium textures cause of Vram limit (20 minutes ago)
