As promised, here are a bunch of videos of Max Payne 3 captured with a retail version of the game. Though the tiny crosshair does not always make it easy to aim (more than once we found ourselves looking for it on the screen), playing this third installment in the franchise is a lot of fun. Max is still Max, which means he comes with some serious baggage and he kills a lot of bad guys. There is a slight change in terms of atmosphere but the story is as dark as ever. A very good action game in the end, but we were surprised to see so many cutscenes, as we're not sure the hardcore fans will enjoy having to sit and watch quite regularly, instead of simply playing.
@BlimBlim: I'd love to check it out, but you guys stream for maybe an hour... ? (20 minutes ago)
Not your standard "Epic" music track, but incredibly well done: [url] (39 minutes ago)
As in, yes getting lancered cross-map isn't fun, but the other thing Gears concentrates on is cover and that is what People Can Fly seemed to have forgotten. Also, heal grenades LOL (46 minutes ago)
@GriftGFX: Gears after a while just became "active matches" and People Can Fly thought that removing it would solve problems. While it kinda did, it was a 1 step forward 2 steps back kind of thing. (48 minutes ago)
