Dead Space 3 gets a screenshot

Electronic Arts seems to like lonely screenshot. After Most Wanted, it's Dead Space 3 turn to be shown with one screenshot.

As far as I know is the same engine, they were rumours about it using Frostbite but they denied it.

Looks very good though.

The fuck is going on with this game? Zombies using weapons like RE 5, cover-based gameplay like RE 5, and now co-op like RE 5?

Dead space 2 was a much better game then the first for me. Way more variety and way more interesting. If this follows suit i'm all for it.

I haven't played 2 yet but I don't find the lack of variation too off putting in 1, infact I think it adds to it.

What? It looks about as muddy as the last one did. Nothing blowing me away there, it's a bunch of low poly models and not great textures. I mean, for a console/third person game it looks good but it's not amazing.

I sure as hell hope so that its using Frostbite 2... man that 3d engine is a great move by DICE and EA... they are really going to make and dominate the UE3 engine multiplatforms and make Dead Space really awesome.

digi_matrix I don't think you've played enough Metro, because there is humor in these games to offset. Uhlman in 2033 was pretty much comedic relief. Call of Duty takes itself more seriously than Metro. (3 Hours ago)
