As foreseen, June was pretty quiet release-wise, so it is no wonder we did not get you as many Gamersyde videos as last month. E3 proved us once again that it was useless trying to compete with the big American websites, but it did not really come as a surprise to us. In the next two months, a lot of people will be on vacation, which means Gamersyde will probably be a bit quieter, but we hope you guys can keep the forums lively while we're getting tanned on the beach. We'll be back in business by mid August, though we're not sure we will actually go to Cologne this year. The absence of some key publishers like Microsoft and Nintendo leads us to think that this year's Gamescom may simply be a rerun of E3, so considering our finances, staying home to cover the event will probably be for the best.
it's in no way a dealbreaker for me. Hell....Dark Souls comes to mind with Blighttown and i still loved that area anyway. (4 minutes ago)
There hasn't been a word about visuals on Wii U yet but Edge mentioned some framerate problems when heavy weather effects happened, sometimes into the teens...hmm. (5 minutes ago)
@MrWhite: Yeah i honestly had not expected that. I've always believed we would never get the impact of a Mario 64 anymore or OOT, but if we go by Edge......damn. But i'll believe that when i see it:) (22 minutes ago)
That is some seriously high praise. It's lifted my anticipation through the roof. (30 minutes ago)
@Moonwalker: Where arbitrary review scores fail is conveying any kind of context or comparison to give a sense of just how good something is. It's summaries like that that hammers the point home. (31 minutes ago)
@Moonwalker: EDGE has always had a soft spot for nintendo anyway. (38 minutes ago)
