Crazy how fast it plays, Bring back Tactical shooters bored to tears of Twitch shooters now.

Yeah lets be honest it's not just kids that play Cods but apparently people think they're cool if they say it's just kids that play it ;)

Looks like a cool game...but really really it's the community that ruins the COD franchise for me. If you go 42 - 3 in a match, and the MAJORITY of your kills come from kill streaks...well that's not necessarily you being "leet" or "pro", that's the game helping you out. By all means get the highest kill streak you can, just DO NOT brag or talk trash after the match.

COD2. You and a bolt action or a machine gun. And all you had to do was be patient and listen for footsteps or rifle reports to track your enemy. You could even tell where someone was within a building(above or below) just by listening. Quality multiplayer because you had to earn your kills.

COD4. Modernization of COD2. Increased ammo and weapon rates. Introduction of perks. But combat was still within the realm of enjoyable and skillful. Not too OTT.

Everything since then has been twitch-Ritalin-spam-troll garbage...

I'm beyond tired of CoD, but even i can admit that this looks alright. Graphically it looks improved over the previous ones, which i didn't expect and the maps look cool too. But no doubt it'll just feel like the same goddamn previous games.

Ya know, it's really not more of the same. At least not with respect to the original Call of Duty 4. There is quite a bit of newness in MW2/3/BLOPS. It's just bad newness.

people saying its more of the same... blind? this actually looked ALOT different to black ops, has interesting gadgets and looks better too (graphically). loved blops, hated MW3 and looks like i will love this, treyarch are now the masters of COD

It looks, visually, far more exciting than any of the prior COD games. That's a pretty big thing to me.

The problem with COD is in it's style of play, it's one note. BF doesn't change much but there is so many styles of play built in, that it can always feel diverse depending on your approach. COD has pigeon holed itself. They're afraid to change to much because then it becomes something entirely different. I would love to see larger maps (the maps keep getting smaller) and some proper vehicles. COD 3 for the original xbox was great in my opinion. I don't know, I think it's unfortunate because I've always enjoyed the quality in production for the franchise. They shouldn't have made on every year.

Only newbs play COD,its a twitch shooter that requires absolutely no skill.It may sell millions,but sales do not equal great gameplay.Counterstrike on the original xbox is still better than COD imo,lol.Casual gamers do not like shooters that take skill,which suits me just fine.

We dont bitch about other players because of games they are playing. You like it, You play it. I dont give a fuck if You play Kirby's Adventures or A-10 Warthog. PLEASE...let this be the first game site, where we dont fight over COD and not COD.
