I had completely forgotten about our videos from Microsoft's press event 2 days ago, so here are these two multiplayer and 60 fps videos of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Looks like a H4 mod (of course, they used and receycled H4 models, textures, effects and also some Reach stuff like the Grunt Model and all the vehicles).
It's especially bad that H2A's multiplayer also uses Halo 4 gameplay elements like Hitmarkers. Especially annoying when people use grenades on you. They will instantly know that they hit something behind corners and just charging you with no real strategy.
Boring.

now i am 100% sure, i will buy xbox one sunset overdrive bundle for 399 !!!!
I can see me playing evrey day one of this games online and maybe next year next gen. gears of war! at least we got some fun multiplayer games for next gen.!

it looks really nice but from what i can see there is a slight issue with frame pacing though im sure this will be sorted by time of release, i was a bit doubtful about the 60 fps claims but those doubts have been answered and the game does indeed run at 60 fps, i just hope the game has no delays as this should be the game to see XB1's flying off the shelves, like several people are saying this is certainly how a remake should be done.
That looks amazing, fuck i am getting really exited to play some old school big team battle, nice to see 343 putting some real effort into this remake.
I'm sorry but their isn't a multi-player game on any next Gen the system that comes close to this. I'm going to sink countless hours into this collection when it drops. It's so good sites might want to start a new end of the year award category...Best Remake of the Year and MCC would stroll away with it easily.
I'm not huge into multiplayer console shooters anymore, Destiny may change that... but boy does this look amazing. That nostalgia, them graphics!! I'm super hyped, looks like I'll be a multiconsole owner by the end of this year.
Honestly Im probably most hyped for playing Halo:CE, Halo 2 and Halo 3 single players again.
You guys are all corny this game is the same as all the other halo games but you cheer it on like its new but let cod bring a game out and everyone hates like there the only one making the same type of game over but i guess if halo does it its ok thats why i dont like to read you guys comments its pointless

For one, The Master Chief Collection is a compilation of Halo 1-4, its suppose to be the same. Secondly, of course it will be cheered, its a compilation comprised of some of the best FPS in console history. Why would it not be cheered? Halo1-3 alone are considered classics in every sense of the word which won many GOTY awards and broke records...we are getting Halo 4 and tons of new content on top of that...Im sorry but it should be cheered, loved and supported for this fan service. CoD comes nowhere near Halo in terms of pushing the industry forward. Its games are Madden-like in approach and while popular doesn't have the same effect as a Halo does.
Well yeah these are same games and it can be argued there are much better FPS these days. But I think it is good for some one who has not been into Halo and for fans for SP. It can also lure some people to get Xbone. MP I think COD AW and Destiny will dominate. Probably ghost might be ahead of Halo as well. But it will be interesting to see. They did a great job with the upgrade. I hope this does well and hopefully Sony can remaster all GOW games with new engine. I had buy that collection instantly. As far as FPS goes, personally FC4 is by far ahead of all the shooters.

You know, when I first heard about this, I thought: great, hail mary Msoft, gonna be just one more thing to hate about the halo series. I was delightfully wrong. Near as I can tell, they're doing the H1-H2 justice. Later instances made me hate the series, but, who knows, maybe I can learn to like it again :)

Halo has a fanbase of over 9 million people. And not because of online only. The singleplayer is one of the best universes created in videogames to many people. The singleplayer is just as much a reason for halo fans to buy Halo as it is its multiplayer. Unlike COD.
Its not like 343 are just rehashing a game that came out last year. Its a completely overhauled Halo 1 - 4 with every multiplayer map ever. Halo 1 - 4 as a FPS formula still imo and many others plays better than alot of shooters today. And now 343 are at the helm we get amazing visuals as Halo 4 proved last gen. It was right at the top with Gears 3, Uncharted 3 and the like for technical prowess last gen. So Halo 5 should blow our minds as much as Quantum Break visually.

For an Anniversary, it fails to me, and isn't worth the money. And the button combo glitchfest called "classic Halo 2" isn't either. The only reason to me getting this game would be Halo 3, since it is my favourite (love the maps). Halo 4 sucks and CE seems ok, but that's all.

Halo 4 was the best campaign of all of them. And I'm sorry 99% of games have something outsourced. That is a fact.
As far as your claim to laziness. I hate to think what you think of the recent hd rehashes we have had. Mcc is by far the best complete edition of fanfare the industry has ever had. By a universe mile.

Halo 2s dlc maps have also been outsourced. Some of the best maps of Halo 2 actually have been outsourced, so I don't see there a problem. And I like how you talk about lazy cash grab and not mention the overhauled sp of halo 2 at all (I know cg and stuff is outsourced, but it costs nonetheless)...
Anyways I have to agree that the mp in Halo CE anniversary was crap. But in the MCC, they include original Halo CE mp, so I don't get your hating at that...
This is the least of cash grabbing remaster that is around these days.
