The PC release of Wreckfest is still planned for 2017, but obviously the version we played yesterday is still work in progress, with many things that are not final yet. We were surprised to see that cars now turn more easily, which makes the handling much easier and more arcadey, something that might not be to everyone's liking. The feedback we get from the track is also a bit disappointing, with too few vibrations in the controller to really feel the car and understand what's going on. That said, the version we played yesterday is not final, so let's hope the game will turn out well when the game is finally ready to leave Early Access this Winter.

@Sdarts: oh, i didn't know about the app. But I know that it's their way to go against piracy. (4 Hours ago)
For 1080p, you need the "4220", "5400" or higher Video Bitrate options. It's a very well know restriction that has been like this for many years. You can Google about it if you want. (16 Hours ago)
But shows like Orange is the New Black, Iron Fist, and a few others I tried this time around only have the "2740" or "3000" Video Bitrate options, meaning 720p resolution. (16 Hours ago)
If you need to check what resolution you're getting, just press "Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D" for the A/V Stats screen to come up. You can override/force quality with "Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S". (16 Hours ago)
