halo 3 will suck ass compare to this baby there's no way in hell microsoft can outperform this game the only reason why is cause the don't have the time to do it cause as i heard halo 3 is suppose to be out next may or june plus those guys at bungie can be sometimes lazy asses

Halo 3 will pwn this game

Gameplay wise it looks like kill.switch, and I'm not just saying that, it looks identical. Kill.switch doesn't have anything on Halo from a gameplay standpoint, but who cares about gameplay, right? Right?

Until I see what this game PLAYS like, it has NOTHING on Halo 3 (which is, by the way, a long-time established franchise).

come on, halo is nothing special, in my opinion its just too slow for an fps.. it was only hyped that much so nearly everyone plays it now ^^

and why do u want ingame screens when there is already an ingame movie and a live presentation of the game?

The good thing about Halo is its what you make it. If you don't play on legendary you'll complain that its simple. If you dont play multiplayer on Live you'll say the multiplayer is nothing special. I understand not everyone has Live and even less have Live and Halo, still fewer have those and can compete in Halo on Live. So sometimes you get people downing the game, but to the degree that they do you would think they were talking about Rogue Agent or Purple Haze.

I played Halo on Live all the time it was actually even worse on Live than it is playing in a room with people. The game is unbalanced crap. Halo is nothing compared to Unreal and Bungie could never make a shooter better than Epic.

Once again guys, calm down.

Ha Ha, seems like people cry and cry about the lack of change in the industry but as soon as someone makes something outside the norm its bad for the very "hardcore" gamers that were begging for that change. All shooters shouldn't control the same, have the same type of weapons, and definately not have the same sense of balance. You sound like that guy that will buy Madden every year and complain that nothings changing, but shun 2k because its not like Madden. Halo was the shit, so was Doom, Far Cry, Unreal, and so on. But the thing is they all have thier own way of being great. Let Halo do Halo, if you dont like it, so what, you dont see Halo players constantly complaining about other shooters.

Halo, is good, multiplayer is a bit easy for me on live. My win ratio is like 7-1. If you think multiplayer is hard you must suck. I play like only a few hours a week. But, Microsoft thinks it can release Halo 3 during PS3 launch=bad idea, Microsoft thinks they can release Halo the movie in summer 2007=worse idea. So it doesn't matter how good this game's (Gears Of War) overall features are. It will 99% chance, outperform Halo. But hey, if you don't like Halo, fine. But most people who own an xbox do, and that doesn't mean there's something wrong with the game. There's probably something wrong with you.
