Despite a few flaws, The Surge was one of the games to pleasantly surprise us this year, so we were pretty happy when Deck13 announced a DLC was going to be released in December. A Walk in the Park adds a new area to the original game, with new weapons to try out and new enemies to play with kill. The videos you will find inside were all captured in our New Game +, with a very powerful character that seemed to take the title of this new content for granted. Since we haven't completed the DLC, we can't tell you if it's that easy when playing with a fully upgraded character, but there's a chance it will be less challenging than for those willing to start a new game. It should be noted that A Walk in the Park does not take place after the events of the main game.
Also it doesn't help the fact how zoomed out is the camera. You barely see shit most of the time. Deleted it after 4 hours. -_- (12 minutes ago)
@Nietzsche: Below is the most monotonous game i have played in last years. The game want to be DS and survival game at the same time and fails at both of these things. (13 minutes ago)
@MrWhite: It's good free marketting for the game though. (3 Hours ago)
Basically, it was a hatchet job of a review, awarding it a 3/10. They realised they fucked up and pulled it sharpish. Damage was done, though. (4 Hours ago)
of course, he was talking bollocks. Had he played it for more than 5 minutes, or spent more than 2 looking in the options for the settings, he could have sorted everything out, but he's clearly inept (4 Hours ago)
Basically what Korn said, only he went further in saying you couldn't strafe, jump properly (or at all) and the pace of the game was gimped in favour of the VR mode. (4 Hours ago)
@asdfg: Some idiot freelancer they hired. Never heard of him in my puff, and seemed like he's not even an avid gamer, nevermind someone attuned to VR (4 Hours ago)
