X05: Next Wolfenstein to use 360 as main developement platform

Id Software and Raven just announced that their next Wolfenstein game will use Xbox 360 as main development platform. The game is planned to be out next year.

Great news for us, yay, now PS fans will have to suffer from what we suffered through this gen with craptacular ports. But it wont be nearly as bad seeing how PS3 and 360 are so equal in power

I heard about this game coming somewhere in 2004,when their ceo Todd Hollenshead accidently said raven was developing this game.
But they just had concept ideas then,so i guess its coming to pc too.

Hopefully this one will be more like the PC versions of the game...I didn't really like the console version.

SOF and SOF2 werent half bad on PC. I use to love throwing knives at people all day. Blowing limbs off with the shotguns was very satisfying to. I wouldnt mind another one atleast we know the graphics wont be horrible again.

2 years in development already, it will be totally new engine from scratch, as J Carmack said on the video.
