The first 10 minutes: [eM] -eNCHANT arM-

[eM] -eNCHANT arM- is the very first japanese RPG to be release on Xbox 360, so I just HAD to check it out as soon as possible. I'll give my more detailed impressions of the game a bit later with the second part of the video, but you can already take a first look with the intro video and the first 10 minutes (with some dialogs cut short).

I do not understand japanese, but I'm starting to get used to the save/try/reload of the dialogs. You can usually know when you made the right choice very quickly, either by the look of the people you are speaking to, or by the tone of the voices (or by getting a nice game over screen).
It can be tedious, but it works :D

Blim you the man. I know you are playing right now, but based on your initial experience with the game give us a rating 0-100. Don't be afraid to be 100% honest even if it isn't good I'll buy it anyway :)

I like what I see so far thanks for the vids blim!! I seriously want this game right now I hope it comes to the usa man it'll sell real well over here there are probably tons still on the shelves people probably not buying it which pisses me off :(

Also since its a bit hard to tell how detailed the game is without having it running on our own 360s give me your take on the graphics so far.. disappointed? Impressive? or just okay?

Looks good, I mean the guys look like girls and the teacher seems to have spilled Ribena on his face but it certainly looks like a next-gen RPG.

Wait how many discs is enchant arm? I remember hearing they were having trouble fitting it on 2 discs and that they'd have to put it on 3, but then they were having trouble fitting it on 3.

I heard a rumor that it had now become 1 disc is this true?

The game fits on 1 DVD. So far except for the intro every cutscene I've seen was realtime.

looke boring to me, hate all the pastel graphics crap too. I know its stylised but they could have upped the poly count on clothing etc.Yawn another boring rpg from japan. Hello everyone im new here on the forum haha

I agree.. I just don't get the appeal to these kinda games. They bore me to tears.

Me too, but at least it might give the people who like these kind of games their kick, and it might boost 360 sales in Japan (for whatever that's worth, it gives nice braggingrights in a consolewar discussion).. ;)

My interest in RPGs (especially JRPGs) has been in a slump lately due to recycled storylines and generic characters but hopefully these new RPGs for the X-Box will revitalize my interest.
