The segment where she does the huge ice blast is NOT realtime. Look at the character model of the Ice Queen before and during the ice blast.

Yea but if the game gets popular in japan their will be more of these game to be made for the system and resulting in the x360 selling better in Japan , i hope it does so we can get alot more rpgs or Japanese support on the box or it will be over for the 360 in japan before its prime

What region is this game encoded for anyway? I mean, obviously, it may well be Japan, but a lot of 360 games are non-region specific, and so can be played on any 360.

Assuming you don't have a problem with the whole, "It's all in Japanese" thing...

Hey, i was wondering, i have a PAL version xbox360 (UK), since japan uses PAL version as well, is there a possibility i could play japan games on mine?

Hey, i'm stumped as to why my avatar isn't showing up, any ideas? i go to my account, gave my avatar and entered, and no changes, the account page re appears showing a statement beside the password and new password in some language.?!

I thought..hmm..maybe it needs me to type my password, a new password, and change avatar at the same time.. Still no luck!

Is it because it will take a while before the avatar image is recognised and accepted for display?

No PAL is only Europe, America has NTSC and Japan has NTSC-J, but regions aside, all high definition formats have the same frame rate - what matters now is whether or not the developers choose to region lock the games themselves or not, and Enchant Arm unfortunately, is locked.

Only diffrence was that most of the pal games to ps2 was 60 hz on ntsc,and 50 hz to pal.
And btw was so in ff7 too,remember that they had to reduce the size of the game window in the Pal version.

Yeah, it's much better looking than the beginning. I'm really starting to like this game very much. The second city is quite a sight.

I guess if I'm gonna get to play any Xbox 360 Japanese games I might need to get a Japanese 360.

I hope they get a lot of the Japanese games and make them availbale in other regions.

I'm moving to the UK sometime this year and was wondering where can I get info on NTSC compatible TVs in the UK? Also I was wondering is there a picture drowngrade when using an NTSC product through an NTSC compatible TV in the UK?

99% of name brand TVs sold in the last five years are now NTSC compatible, you would only possibly have a problem if you bought a cheaper store brand TV.
