God Hand announced

Capcom and Clover Studios today announced God Hand, a new project from Shinji Mikami and Atsushi Inaba. There's not much info about it yet, but it seems like you're given a God Hand - a powerful "gadget", which you can use to hurl away enemies for long distances. The game is supposed to be released later this year in Japan, and you can find the first images here.

I want to see it in action, I'm a fan of old school beat em ups, so if Capcom can bring back that magic with this game I'll be happy.

I'm a sucker for these types of games..great character design and fun gameplay

Two words: Shinji Mikami. Anything this man touches is gold. It's just too bad they're releasing this one on the PS2. I probably won't buy it since there will be so many awesome next-gen games releasing at the same time.

hey i remember that arcade game that looks like this (3D) that had kazuya from tekken as a special character or something and his name was god hand

anyone remembers the name of the arcade?

i thought for a moment that this was from namco :D
