Shade360, if your taking about a guy with spiked hair, this pirate looking girl with the do rag on her head and a yellow ship then that was Blue Dragon, in there the water was beautiful (and the rest of the graphics). This one seems OK, but the fighting system looks out of date, when I think of Skies of Arcdia, Grandia 2 and others

Yup, I don't think we have to worry too much about this title coming to the US (or anywhere else other than Japan for that matter). I'm all up for a good jRPG, but this crap is just lazy. What's up with that running animation? It looks like he's floating on the ground when he runs. Looks like Blue Dragon will be the one to wait for, as far as jRPGs go anyway. *goes back to playing Oblivion*

It's not that it is necessarily a crappy game, but it just does not belong to a next-gen console. Xbox/Ps2/Gamecube could easily pull this off... and I mean, easily.

That only means your friend doesn't know shit, because just this year the first, original Ziria was named by a huge poll of japanese gamers as one of the most memorable games in history.

Yea it was really named one of the best games in japanese history. I believe it was #8 on the top 100?

Personally i like the look of this game and would buy it, it makes no difference if the Ps2,Xbox or Gamecube could pull this off because firstly its not on either of those, and secondly its in 720p.

I would gladly buy this game if it made it to the US/Europe although i doubt with your attitudes the developer thinks westerners deserve it.

They should do a little more with the graphics.

Usually I don't judge a game without considering its funfactor, but can someone tell me how is this game worthy of carrying the Xbox 360 lable. If it was a PS2 title, I'd probable ignore it's graphics and feel sorry for the poor suckers who shell out 50 bucks for this garbage. Whenever I decide to pull out my PS2 and play it, it's always hard on my eyes. That's the way I feel about this insulting game.

Number 12 actually, and it was Far East of Eden 2. Oddly enough, GTA:Vice City is ranked 76, never would have expected a GTA game on there.

Anyway, I have no problem with this games graphics, they look ok to me. What really matters is how good it will play. Saying this game is not worthing of being on the 360 is just stupid as well and makes you sound like an elitist moron.

ya know. after seeing it in motion it doesn't look nearly as bad as in the individual screenshots.

there's more to "next-gen" than graphics and AI. having smaller devs be able to pull something together like this quickly is really cool and i don't mind giving up other features for it. too bad this won't get an western release.

Yea if this game has an excellent story and characters with some pretty good gameplay and music, graphics isn't that major of an necessity. Just look how popular Lunar was for the psx and yet the graphics are atrocious for that game.

yeah, but when you shell out $400 for a new console who's primary draw is amazing graphics that cant be touched by current-gen, its to be expected that you ask its games look better than 1st generation ps2 titles. otherwise its like wasting the mony if all the 360's games looked like this.

If you had the intellect to stop and think that this game could be more than just graphics, It seems there is no hope of seeing this outside of Japan because too many people are to quick to judge it, which disappoints me because the 360 is lacking unusual quirky games and any bit of Japanese support we can get we should be glad of.
