Medal of Honor: Airborne wasn't playable or even really seen during E3, but it's back already with this artwork of jeep, along with its ingame version

It's EA, don't believe ANYTHING.

Probably doable on monster PC but not nex gen console with that kind of AA anyways.

By the way EA is producing Crysis and Army of 2, so I'm not surprise if it really looks that amazing.

Sorry. It's in game guys. I don't see why it is so far fetched. There are other titles coming to 360 that look this good.

Haha... Ok, have you ever seen Project Offset or the new Brothers in Arms? Halo 3? Gears of War? MGS4? This is next-gen dude. This stuff is possible. Lets wait until we see more screenshots. Fucking BIA:HH has flying bricks, body decompisition and every other cool effect you could think of. Watch some Brothers of Arms videos man. Then you'll see this is not impossible. Project Offset has random enemies; none of them look the same. They have height variation and unique animation. In Ubisoft's new assassain game, you can climb anything that sticks out over 2 inches. What about complete enviroment destruction in Offset and BIA:HH, or hundereds upon hunderdeds of enemies on screen in Offset? In Halo 3 there's a 13 mile draw distance. I think you're underestemating next generation stuff. Games can pack in all those effect like motion blur, depth of field, HDR lighting, per-pixel shading, randomization, intelligent AI and a unfied shader system and run at 60 FPS- or at least that's not far off.

Yes, and to backup an earlier post, the jeep is the EXACT same model in shots, but the shot on the left seems to be lacking bump mapping - either it was dissabled or the lighting is so diffuse as to hide it. The right hand shot in general seems totally doable on the 360. The only thing we haven't seen before is transparent shadow - traditional shadow maps don't discriminate between transparent and fully opaque objects, so to see a shadow of the window is impressive. Wonder how they're doing it? It doesn't seem likely that the 360 has the oomph to use raytracing in real time - but you never know.

I'm sure they can figure it out. Another graphically stunning game I wanted to add to that list was Crysis. Jesus that game is amazing. PC only right now but I'm willing to bet we'll be playing on our 360's some day.

looks cool but it is definately in-game. lol, you can even see how low poly the tires are complete with texture/shader trickery.

You people are easily blown away.

Yea it looks nice, but it's just fancy tricks they use. I'm sure the videos will look good. EA doesn't want to mess this one up.
