Wohhoo its back! Characters look awesome as usual but im not sure 'bout enviroments.
This game looks awesome though, Max Payne with destructible environments.
The problem with not having AA munkie is coming from those guys at SD not at HD... at HD the resolution and TV's themselves pretty much smooth everything over ... but when their at 480i their having to deal with jaggies.
And yes its delayed it was on teamxbox today
Heard it got delayed... Anyone know anything about that?
Unreal Engine 3 cant use AA. bullsh*t .
Xbox360 can do HDR+AA very easyly. (because of its embedded 10Mb EDRAM)
people seriously need to stop wanting 60fps... video is 30fps because its about the max you can image process yourself..... if its LOCKED at 30fps and doesnt drop below it then its a perfect game... the reason for 60fps is because it gives it room to drop and not drop below 30fps... but if they can LOCK a game at 30fps and not any lower there are no gaming issues visible.

I never said that the 360 couldn't do AA at all, just not in this particular case. Like someone else mentioned, once you get into the higher resolutions, it becomes less of a problem.

Oh I found the beloved link http://amo.net/NT/02-21-01FPS.html
Please don't post your ignorant BS about how the human eyes can't process above 30fps.
It's getting old and annoying.
It's like every argument where someone wants to play at 60fps some idiot will come in and state this TOTALLY FALSE FACT.
I am pretty sure Stronghold will be at 30fps but saying 60fps will be no better because we can't see the difference, makes you an idiot.
60FPS = Extremely Smooth

60FPS will always be better then 30fps.
I'm really not sure why everyone is so anal about AA. Seriously, at 1280x720 and above you really don't need it.
And needing 60fps for all consolesgames is nonsense.. Only if you play fast paced games with fps sensitive controls (like FPS on the PC) you'll need that, otherwise a steady 30+fps will do just fine.. Needing more then 60fps for anything is also nonsense (Quake4 on PC being locked at 60fps proves that).. Also there is no way to check the fps on a console, so this is a disuccion over something we cannot check, pretty useless.. Aslong as the game looks and feels smooth to me, I'm ok.. With my Xbox 360 games I'm a lot more forgiving then with my PC games, but that's probably because I'm a hardcore PC FPS gamer, and with most consolesgames it doesn't really make a big difference if the fps drops a bit sometimes (more casual experience)..
