Meh... looks like any city in the underground series...

I thought most wanted looked good though.. but that had a lot to do with the lighting effects that came with daytime racing... it's a sad fact that this will be nighttime only again.. that gets boring after a while!

in-game shot with hud, looks no good. It looks like NFSMW in the dark. Big no no for me!

unfortunately this is gonna sell just like the previsou NFS games .... I swear some people are brainless! the need for speed series did not evolve at all and yet people are still willing to buy them and thus EA is very willing to fork out lazy sequels each year ... is this never going to end ???

EA does everything 99.99% half assed! At least other publishers, when they make sequels, try to make it better and incorporate something new.

Who the god damn hell buy this games. Of course EA will not change. NFS always sells better than yummie cakes,PGR3 or Forza Motorsport 2!!!

If they gonna come up with a new NFS every year then y dont they start calling it NFS episodes already.

Except for this year. The Carbon city looks REALLY similar to the one from NFSU2

This game got a cople more months left to go before release, people think this is the final version of the game, just like dead rising at first it looks dull with nothing in it and now its finsh at it looks sweet, but ill buy forza 2 before i buy nfsc.

Right. This game is completely different from any NFS game before it. But you don't know that since you don't care at all. Why don't you actually look at the game's features before bashing.

Wow, EA is stepping almost all of their franchises graphically for the next-gen, but they seem to be leaving NFS in the past. Carbon's graphics look blah to say the least.

Looks good enough for me. It's the gameplay I'm interested in. Good to see that EA is finally taking NFS in a new direction.



This game is nothing like Underground...NOTHING.

Slow down there mate ... take it easy, you can like whatever you want and buy all the crap EA releases for all I care .... and calling the game the most original racing game in years is just the sadest thing I have ever heard. Dont let your Fanboyism blind you, that's my advice.

Well, fair is fair, they are implementing this new custumization feature, so for all you "The Fast and Furious teenagers" this is probably a fun game.

Other than that, I fear this game has nothing else under the hood worth mentioning...

Those are doctored, without a doubt. Just look at the pre-release Most Wanted screens and compare them to the final game. Close but not quite.

This underground shit needs to stop its really getting annoying. I have a feeling they've gone back to all this over the top modding because of the latest Fast and the Furious movie. They'll think...oh people are excited about modding again cause of the movie....why don't we just make basically the same game we've made twice before but add a few tiny things that don't make us care at all...

Having said that it will sell like ****ing hotcakes so if EA can cash in...they will......and they will...

TXR series and Kaido Battle series

Say what you like about the series but they sell well because they are fun games. There is a real compulsion to complete the game. It's not a serious racing sim and they don't change much between versions. They do always seem to change for the better and always add something that makes you want to play to completion.

I'll be buying this one because it's a franchise I know won't disappoint me. I have much greater reservations about Forza which literally bored me out of playing the first game lacking any motivation to see the game through to the end.
