Page 1 2 >>???? can you see the jaggies?? this all stuff is in game
not exactly very next gen, but should be fun, aslong as it plays more along the lines of sonic adventure 1, and not the inferior sequel.
High resolution, nuttily modelled backgrounds has a habit of going sterile and dead on you if there isn't enough activity.
"As always now, these are "bullshots" with Sonic being rendered in higher resolution than the rest. Strange stuff"

it was the versions after that, that sucked..especially the shadow game
I'm glad the game went back to the sonic adventure 1 and 2 on the dreamcast..it was awesome, and this game should be fun
Backgrounds aside, I've never seen Sonic look so good. He does stand out a little from the back grounds though. It seems that Sonic uses the anti-aliasing while the backgrounds suffer with jaggies. Is it possible to just single out Sonic's character that way. I have my suspicions too.
and sonic ad1 & 2 were great(1 being my favorite)! man, where those knuckles stages boring, though! knuckles deserved more than that hah :)
the other guys, too. the sonic action stages were where it was at.
The worst levels are the main path stuff. Completely disgusting art direction and level progression, settings ranging from brown, dull cityscapes to factories and nuclear plants. Awful.
Of course the game isn't great by any real standards, but it's certainly better than the Sonic Heroes twitch fest.
But hopefully it wont be noticeable if all the blur effects blend it all together...
Judging just by these screens, they arent really even trying. I realise 60fps etc, but DOA4 is 60fps too. Make sonic run through the worlds of DOA4 and I'm on board.
