Xbox 360 PS3

Buena Vista Games released these images from Turok, showing both the PS3 and X360 versions of the game. Hopefully there will be some new gameplay trailer released, cause the dinosaur animations couldn't be more important!

Game looks HAWT. I'm having serious doubts that they can pull that off at a decent framerate on either system. Oh and PS3/X360 shots are ridiculous to separate in games that use pure GPU oomph to draw the screen. People who think the Cell can help the GPU push shaders any more than the triplecore will be sorely mistaken.

But at least I'm laughing. Laughing at 360 screens without AA and PS3 shots with AA, where the 360 is the ONLY ONE that has built in hardware to handle AA for "free" and the PS3 lacks such gift and has to draw the multisampling bandwidth at far higher cost.

What do you mean by no AA? This is total BS on your part, all games until now have pulled 2xAA in x360. All of them. The only one that wont use AA is GeOW because The unreal engine doesnt use AA, it uses another technique. And this happens also in PS3 so whats the problem?

I saw an in-game hands-on presentation of the game at Leipzig, and I can certifiy you this IS ingame (and even with such an early build, it was as beautiful as it was smooth).

the game need work the eye of the T-REX in pic 1 not look so real. by the way i think the xbox360 pic are a bit beuty then the ps3 pic. you not thing so look on the glovs
they look preaty on the x360 more they looks on the ps3. not?

No they look the same, though there are no pics of the front or back of the hands like there are for the 360 version, I'm assuming that's what you mean.

wow. looks good. Does anyone know what engine this game is using? this shot kinda reminds me of crysis with cry engine 2.

Looks good whatever it is using.

Now, if they have the animations and sounds for the dinos up to scratch, this could be very scary in places!
