Is this a hack n slash style of game? I hope so it's been a while since I've played one...

You have to love the new 720p generation, you get so much more details, even with bad textures.
The game looks pretty good, maybe just a bit too alike fable, same goes for the graphics engine. But as mentioned, a bit more work and it'll be fine.

Hmm, the 360 can do more, graphics wise.

Everything looks a bit waxey, i hoped we were past that. Meh.

The second to last image is really impressive though.

PlumbDrumb are there Australian versions of the big corporate gaming sites, like Gamespot, IGN, etc? I wan't reviews of some of their censored titles. (1 Hour ago)

SimonM7 Though "I don't have time to play with myself" still plays. Always will. :) (7 Hours ago)

bleachedsmiles i hear they're making a new Duke Nukem game (7 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Oh it's still very playable, it just doesn't really evoke the same things it used to. Its approach to interaction was a HUGE DEAL, and that part of it is disappearingly tame now. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I've only played it on PC, but I can't imagine that the XBLA was significantly rougher. I mean, Doom worked on XBLA, and was still mighty playable... so I'm surprised Duke isn't. (7 Hours ago)

SimonM7 ...I have a lot of respect and fond memories of all those games. They were made with a sense of glee and genuine excitement that you *don't find* anymore. Except in No More Heroes or something. (7 Hours ago)
