Images of Super Robot Wars XO

Microsoft put online these images of Super Robot (Taisen) Wars XO, looking special and Japanese. The series has lived for quite a few decades now, so it should be an honor for Microsoft to have it on its console.

It looks like the work of the Robotech animators of the 80's. Those handrawn characters look very familiar.

There's a trailer on official site www.suparobo.jp/srw_lineup/srw_xo/movie/index.html.
Btw XO is remake of Gamecube's SRW game which some say is one of the worst in series.

Reminds me of old Grandizer cartoons I used to watch, when I was a kid.

This game looks like fun, but it will NEVER get to the US. So why bother talkin' trash bout it?

I dunno, SRW:OG 1+2 have made their way to the US for the GBA, maybe if there's proven interest in the series they'll move up to consoles :)

They feature a lot of anime mecha from the 80's. If I'm not mistaken the one with the 3 kids is Rajin-Oh.

Yep, that's the premise behind Super Robot Wars. Tactic battles between classic 70s - 80s series' mechs. Mazinger, Gundam, Ironman, etc.

PlumbDrumb um Simon? In English that means "Just get it across". see I made a funny, but also a point. (1 minute ago)
  • PlumbDrumb
PlumbDrumb hahaha, jest gut it across. (46 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Yeah, "well" is a nice go-to way to start a sentence. If used sparingly I like things that evoke a sense of spoken language, though. (51 minutes ago)

PlumbDrumb oh my it's the English Language! run away! (1 Hour ago)
  • PlumbDrumb
PlumbDrumb I also do "well" and "like", like "well, don't forgo it completely", or something like that. Oh yeah, I also do "or something" and "Oh, yeah". bah.... and that one too! (1 Hour ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 It's such an easy trap to keep falling in, especially in longer texts where you keep kinda back and forth arguing within your own reasoning. That's like every post/thing I've ever written! :) (1 Hour ago)
  • PlumbDrumb
PlumbDrumb you can have some of mine. Though I use them often. (1 Hour ago)
