Call of Duty 3 gameplay

Call of Duty 3 gameplay

Activision released this new gameplay video of Call of Duty 3. And while it may not be the most impressive title technically, it still does look good.
Update : Added some images from the 360 and PS3 versions, and some from the multiplayer modes.

looks very nice,i like how u put 360 in same bit, allow me to compare,i think the 360 looks like it has a tiny b it more depth than ps3,but looks wicked, just needs to have a new engine

The games looked quite similar, too, from what we could tell. The level of detail in the maps and characters has been noticeably ramped up from Call of Duty 2, such as with the aforementioned individual grass blades and rays of light filtering through the trees. The characters' facial expressions, clothing, and animations are also appreciably more realistic than in the past. You'd be hard pressed to say which version looks better, especially since they're both running in 720p resolution, but neither one is a slouch in the visual department.

Can you please stop turning every thread into a flamewar.
Cod3 only here please.

Cod2 was a very good game and still tops live multiplayer after almost a year.
If you've not played it? I would recommend giving this a go.

You can read new preview here:

"The graphics in the PS3 version look pretty damn good. The game doesn't run as smoothly as the Xbox 360 version (not yet, anyway- it runs at 30 frames per second instead of 60), but it still moves very fast and has lots of detail."

Pity that PS3 version is not ready yet only 30fps...

Well so does resistance, as well as GoW, so I don't think 30fps is as bad as people make it seem.

I believe they wrote an update on that, cause they don't know what framerate both versions use, and they refered to CoD2.

IRAIPT0IR Agreed,in this one I wanted more with each mission and all were different unlike AC that I was bored in the first hour :O (4 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Yeah it's brilliant. I wouldn't say it's nothing like AC1, but AC1 just seems like a bizarrely long, super early demo of 2. (4 Hours ago)
  • IRAIPT0IR
IRAIPT0IR No,the feeling not the taste XD....I played AC2 yesterday and it was awesome indeed, its hard to believe that the same team made AC1 its nothing like it. (4 Hours ago)
