You'll be able to download a DEMO of this game at launch, I think I'll be playing this demo instead of the full games I buy! This game rocks...can't wait! :D Haiyaku...

250+ pieces of particles for every vehicle baby!! :D All have their own physics!

Yum yum! Surely the best 'launch window' game for the PS3. Sony already has all genres covered :)

FPS- REsistance
Racing- MotorStorm
Action/adventure- Lair and that untitled Naughty Dog game
Sport- Pffft, way too many to list.
RPG- White Knight Story

And may I note, they are all original IPs :)

I have an xbox360 and I can say.. Motorstorm looks great!! Didn't saw something like that in the MS console...

The motion looks somehow different in Motorstorm, more natural .. The physics looks incredible, I can't see any dramatic drop of frames, actually, I can't see any drop of frames.

I'm feeling that the PS3 will handle more "effects" due your strong in physics calculations (see the latestes videos of resistence and look how many objects like paper, dust, etc are flying around to understand what I'm talking about).

The final result is that everything looks more natural and alive.

ps: sorry.. my english is bad :P

What's up?
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer oh yea that, Dragon Age was preloading at the time (6 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (6 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (6 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (7 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (7 Hours ago)
