After the demo 2 days ago here is now a long video of Rainbow Six: Vegas from the preview version Ubisoft kindly sent us last week. In this video I visit the Strip, play on a few gambling machines and finally try book a room in an obviously full hotel. These Vegas people sure are agressive :)
Needless to say, again, that this is from a preview version. It's more than likely that the bugs and slowdowns will be fixed in the final release.

Good timing bro, the demo was freakin' amazing, well except for the low FPS at times but i'm sure they're working on it.

Hey guys, Im having trouble veiwing the streaming videos now...It just stays at "buffering"....its never done that before, Ive never had any trouble....Any help or suggestions?

after the demo, id say double agent is better. but im sure that will change when i have vegas, at least i think it will. ill tell you that double agent surley looks a lot more next gen on unreal engine two than vegas does on unreal engine three. get both games because im sure vegas will be just as amazing as double agent. double agent is already a must-buy.

Looks nowhere near as good as GRAW's single player; still under par to GRAW's multiplayer, graphically. Texture quality is horrible. I'm sure they probably put more resources into the multiplayer.

How long has this game been in development? Less then a year.

What? Check your self into rehab. GRAW looks pretty good, but if you stripped away the lighting engine you'd be left with a lot of low res textures and reflection maps in addition to a comparitively sparse environment. There's way, way more going on in R6V. Oh and I have experienced very little in the way of low frame rates so far, so yea for that!

the framerate is no problem, but all this bluriness and low res textures, looks more like a beafed up xbox 1 game than a 360 game.

Very nice, gotta say that the blurring when getting shot is definitely disturbing the first time, but then adds to the realism that this game is surely trying to achieve.

I just downloaded the demo and will play it for myself shortly, but are the controls for the various actions easier than with GRAW? I keep wanting to play that game, but find the controls mindbending and frustrating...

Very nice indeed, the ambience is amazing and those terrorists rappeling through the skylight was awesome and you were kinda lucky to stay alive there Blim!

I think some people are playing on overclocked original XBoxes because this is far and away better looking than anything from the previous gen, and GRAW for that matter.
