I'm pretty sure I see another car in one of those pics:

That does look damn good.
Hopefully this will be as good (gameplay wise) as Rallisport Challenge.
It looks like it has the graphics down.
Indeed, it looks good on ps3, it won't looks much different on the 360, but because it's made on ps3 hardware; that version will have a little bit more beauty.
Does look good, but why does pic 5 remind me of RIIIIIIIIGGE RAAAACER!!! Seems strange.
The OS of PS3 takes a fair lot of that split 512MB away..
PS3:
256MB XDR Main RAM @3.2GHz
256MB GDDR3 VRAM @700MHz
Xbox 360:
512MB GDDR3 shared memory
The upp side for 360 is that the GPU can use more than just 256MB if needed
don't Codemaster always release touched up 'target renders' and say nothin when asked if they are real screenies ?
Isn't it the opposit? The 360 gott 512 mb DDR3 shared but PS3 got 2 256mb banks sperated for GPU and CPU?

PS3 takes 64MB of the main XDR 256MB and 32MB of the graphics memory for the OS.
Sure games on PS3 can use the main XDR to store graphical data but the bandwidth becomes an issue to transfer that back to the GPU for processing. It uses 1 SPE out of 7 for the OS, and another must be able to drop any processing at anytime for the OS extra processing. More, programmers must run their own sound driver on one of their 6 remaining SPEs because the OS does not provide any.
Anyway my main point is, at anytime, the XBox360 has more memory available for the applications. But that s still marginal.
Anyway, afaik the game is for PC, X360 and PS3, i expect the PC version to win the graphical quality even at the expense of the framerate (heck flight sim X is gorgeous but it s a slideshow on my high end rig).
They look too good and Codemasters wont suddenly learn how to code a physics engine when they've been repeating themselves since colin1.
Richard Burns Rally will still remain the #1 rally simulation. Glad we have Forza2 and GTR to hold up the credibility of racing simulation.
Lets just wait and see how this game turns out... Propably Im going to be more than happy whit Forza2 and GTR whit MS force feedback wheel.
