this is gonna be the best XBLA game ever. Seriously I'd rather play this than most full priced 360 games. (not saying that I would trade this for gears)
Looks really nice ^^
I love the flash game style, looks like it could have some rather funny comedy moments
could be fun...but could also get dull in 5 minutes
Isn't this basically Alien Hominid?
I almost forgot about this title. It sure is taking them quite a while to finish a 2D game that's basically built using a Flash program. I could be wrong but I'm quite familiar with vector programs and the cleaness of vectors is the way to go. Maybe and that's a maybe with my fingers crossed, the game is not just a Golder Axe hack and slash gameplay. Back in the days of the Sega Master System we had limitations, now I don't see any reason why a 2D game shouldn't have a mix of rpg/action/strategy all in one. People should take notes from Mario and Luigi Brothers in Time. 2D and fun to play.
I was playing Small Arms yesterday, and it's a fun game with quite a bit of problems, mainly the camera. So I thought "hey, it's not that bad, I could get some fun out of this one", and then I press A on "unlock full game" and I see 800 microsoft freaking points........I instantly closed the window. There's no way I'll be paying more than $5 for these games.
I paid $10 for doom and I believe that's too much considering there are free PC versions available. It was a mistake to spend ten on it, and I'm sure I won't do it again. Basically, I'm a Doom fan and that's what made me throw the money, but for Castle Crashers and basically everything else......they need to do something else to make me pay $10.
I don't know if they ever stop to think if they lower the price they'll sell more and at the end make more profit? I think it's very possible, but sadly they are all too scared to try.

This game will be awesome. And I agree with you Lebato on the pricing, it's not all great, but it's also not all that out of line. Like Roboblitz, for example. I can't really complain about it being 1200 points, when the PC version is $14.99 on steam. That's obviously not entirely Microsoft's fault.
Doom, I'm totally with you there. I bought it on live, knowing I'd hate myself for it, but I did it anyway. Even though I have Zdaemon sitting on my desktop, perfectly playable with any WAD and with automatic downloads..I don't know quite why I bought Doom, especially after I realised that Doom 2 was going to be a seperate release. That is just milking us right there.
I would definitly pay more then $5 for this game though, it looks awesome.
when does this come out???
Ahh, finally a "Little Fighter 2" for a console.
Looks really nice ^^
I don't think this game will be quite like Alien Hominid. I think it's going to be an old-school beat em' up with a few twists and fun.
I definitely prefer regular sprite 2d graphics over vector flash stuff, more detail and all that(and don't have to sacrifice that for smoothness). This game btw reminds me a bit of that one 4 player beatemup game for the Saturn. Forgot the name!
Guardian Heroes! Wish treasure would remake that game as well
That would make one incredable XBLA game.
Anyway I can't wait for this game... there hasn't been a good beat'em up in ages, plus the style's really neat.
Lots of other flash stuff at one of the dev's site http://www.synj.net/
