2 Bioshock images

2 Bioshock images

2K Games released these 2 small images of Bioshock, as far as I can tell from the PC version since it's a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Yea thats kind of an unjustified comment to make, considering PC's are running games like Crysis.. that game just puts any Xbox360 game in the corner.

What happened! why did they change the way the game used to look like.

Still one of the games to watch, caught my eye the moment i saw the gripping trailer. And the actual walkthrough videos showed alot of promise..

I loved System Shock 2. So there is no doubt in my mind this game is a go for me. I would like maybe a new walk through video of later in the game so we can see more advanced powers in use. Well I can't wait.

If any comment is unjustified, it's yours...... Considering Crysis isn't even out yet. Not to mention you will need a $4,000 machine to make that game look half as good as you see it now (if in fact it actually ends up looking that good). Bang for buck, the 360 kicks the PC's A$$. It's incomparable (the two can't be compared)!

Out of interest, the first picture has an almost "look down the ironsights" view. Will we be able to bring weapons up to aim, or is it just a fluke screen-shot?

...$4,000? Not quite. Cut it in half and you'll be pretty damn close.

How about we end it by saying 399$ PC can't run BioShock as nice as 360 :)

What's up?
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 EA are according to rumours putting DSE on XBLA/PSN, and I suspect Boom Blox could follow suit. It would make sense to make both wand compatible. (3 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Wait, are we trying to make it sound unlikely here? Because I can make it sound unlikely too if you want. It's just that it makes a lot of sense, and rumours and Sony's comments sorta line up. (4 minutes ago)
  • bleachedsmiles
bleachedsmiles do psn games even sell well? they're certainly not in the numbers of xbla games i know that much. Is there a size limit on psn games? (7 minutes ago)
  • bleachedsmiles
bleachedsmiles i dont see how it would be viable for a developer at all.. given how different the wii and ps3 are in structure..it would need 2 seperate teams, or twice the resources to bring a psn game? (9 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Mostly just that Dead Space Extraction is heavily rumoured for PSN/XBLA, and it makes sense financially/licensing wise. Developing something for digital/Wii places them within a similar budget frame. (12 minutes ago)
  • bleachedsmiles
bleachedsmiles what makes you think wii cross overs would be psn bound and not ps3 full releases? (17 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 @Megido: No they're not, actually, but they're not the games people talk about. They're very much the Okami of the Wii library. Although I don't actually have Okami for Wii, haha. :D (26 minutes ago)
