Yes maybe, but then again the GoW design was pretty kickass and since UT3 will have several different designs, because there are different kinds of peolple int he game such as the necros adn human so the design will vary.Yes it does , Mike Capps (caaps?) announced that the singleplayer campaign will be more deeper and kick-ass than ever before.

I have a hard time playing Epic games anymore in general, but I guess the same could be said about most fps

You do know what Unreal Tournament is don't you? It's by and largae a deathmatch game. It has many other modes, Assault and Onslaught. But mostly isn't shooting deathmatch kill or be killed.

There will never be another Unreal Tournament as good as the original. UT2k3 and 2k4 were just shallow, souless, shells of video games compared to the original UT. Epic sells engines more than games, now. They turned the UT series into a newb'ed out graphics showcase that requires more spam than skill.

UT99 is the best UT game ever, but UT2k4 is not a bad game at all. Not sure where all that is coming from. It took the series off in a different direction (Unreal Tribes) but it's still good fun and still requires plenty fo skill. I expect the same out of UT3.

They make engines, doesn't mean they don't make great games too. UT99, UT2k4, UC2 and Gears of War are all excellent games.

Nhaaa... looks the same character design of GoW.. nothing bad, but nothing good too.. We need something "different".. :P

What I saw from the trailer, it seems that the "minigun" fires some sort of blue energy crap like in UC2. That's bad... that's really, really bad :(

The Minigun is a sacred weapon of mass mutilation, it is supposed to fire bullets goddammit!!

Wait, So Epic is calling this Unreal Tournament 3, Instead of 2007? I mean, it's not the third game in the series, more like the 6th... I've been waiting for it to come out as well, and I'm glad I don't have to go out and get a major upgrade for my PC just to play it and instead just get it for the 360. People saying that the game takes on the GoW style should look at some Epic Studio's games that came out before GoW... A lot of the characters from the Unreal series look like COG soldiers from GoW.
