unless you or Snoopers is going to do a first 10 mins speacial?
Luyckily I live in a country where people are not so uptight and hypocritical about things like this.. A true land of the free.. ;)
P.s. I will not buy this game though, I prefer DOA4 (it's got hot chicks aswell)..
.. That's so typical American-style uptight.. Aslong as a game is full of extreme violence everything is ok, but 1 naked titty or butt and oh boy, it's controversial!! S
INFlatable, then rent a porno or something.
What a stupid argument.. Nothing wrong with a bit of sex in games (aslong as they are rated M, for adults only).. Why should it be restricted to movies only?
What I mean is that it's sad that everytime a game shows a bit of sex it becomes a issue we all discuss about, but when 11 year olds are playing GTA smashing people's head in with baseball bats, or playing FPS games capping headshot after headsot, it's all ok and nobody says anything..
IGN called one of the moves the panty plex lol.
And when I want to see people get blown up rent a Rambo movie??

if "kids" get hold of "mature" games the sole responcibility is with the parents .
american attitude to sex is (imo) weird , take the "jannet jackson" boob flash , and how every one was like "oooh my god" people were even going to sue for mental trauma.
in england we can open a daily paper and see fine breasts and no one bats an eyelid.
sex sells. sexy women rock and sex is good. how any one can be offended by nudity, sex or anything related to sex or sexual antics is beyond me.
All the reviews that gave 7, 6s... ALL OF THEM... say gameplay is good. So... yeah, they gave them low scores only because of dumb shit like "it's too sexy" or "only four or five modes of play". Which is ridiculous.
Puuuhhh-leeeezzeee!
And while we're on the subject of raunchy: This game is about as raunchy as an episode of MTV Spring Break.
That's so typical American-style uptight..
Also, does anyone know if this has original japanese voice overs as well?
looks like Snoopers will be doing the first 10 mins of this one then
As I said in an earlier news post about this game, Famitsu XBOX360 gave it a 9,9,8,8. So not every review of this game gives it "mediocre" grades. I would definitely like to try a demo before I even consider buying it though :P
xbox360.ign.com has the scoop!
You obviously don't live in americal
I know they have the biggest porn-industry etc overthere and everything, and lots of Americans are not so uptight.. But it's just the 'mainsteam' US media that seems very uptight about sex.. And there's bassicly 2 America's, the more liberal West- and East-coast (which are more like i.e. Europe), and then you have the big 'christian right' middle of the country (Bush country)..
That's it.. :P
What make me sad is that this game is so-called 'controversial' just because it's got some hot computergenerated chicks in it.. That's so typical American-style uptight.. Aslong as a game is full of extreme violence everything is ok, but 1 naked titty or butt and oh boy, it's controversial!! Sites like Gamespot give this game a bad review rambling only about how it's so inmature that it uses sexuality to sell etc.. I think it's site like Gamespot that need to loosen up.. Sex doesn't kill you (if you use protection), and it's not like men older then 21 suddenly become non-sexual beings because they so-called grew-up.. Get real, every real guy loves hot chicks, computergenerated or not.. ;)

Hopefully they release a patch on Live soon that not only makes purchases universal across characters, but at the very least raises the money you win to something reasonable. Having to fight 6+ times to be able to afford ONE outfit is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever did the balancing in this game should be shot (The animators should be taken out for shots ;) )
Edit: I really hope this isn't another example of Konami putting out token effort crippleware for the american/microsoft platform when they fully intend to do a full featured version for the Sony console. This already happened with MGS2 Substance on Xbox chugging harder than a freshman fratboy, the Karaoke Revolution series being like 2 volumes behind, etc. I wouldnt put it past them to go ahead and put out the rest of the game on PS3 and call it the "special edition" or something equally ridiculous because it's the version that should have appeared in the FIRST PLACE.
