After more than a month, the wait is over: here comes the one and unique Gran Theft Auto 4 trailer. I won't say a word to avoid any spoilers, except this: it looks frackin' awesome. Really. Rockstar's blockbuster will be available on October 16th simultaneously on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

looks very very good. just the right blend of detail, lighting and framerate. that said, I hope the gameplay visuals are of the same quality as this realtime trailer.

Its going to feel wierd not being able to jump up to building tops and kick cars flying, thats for sure lol.

OMG it looks amazing,better than expected,i like the fact they gone for a more realistic look rather than cartoony like the last ones.
this is gonna be the biggest selling game of all time i think

been trying to get this off other sites which are coming to a crawl. 3mins on xboxyde and its done - an amazing site that has come together here. well done blim, snoops and everyone else

The game will no doubt be amazing, and I can't wait, but the water looks fake, I don't see much normal mapping, and some of the people were a little boxy. The main guy looks great, though. This game is gonna be huge.

GTA has some of the greatest environments and ideas. However for a game built around shooting and driving it has really bad shooting and driving controls.

Doom_Bringer oh yea that, Dragon Age was preloading at the time (56 minutes ago)
GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (1 Hour ago)
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (1 Hour ago)
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (1 Hour ago)
