Is he russian? Looking beautiful :)
The Game looks great cant wait for it.
Seriously it looks amazing, can't wait...
GTA has some of the greatest environments and ideas. However for a game built around shooting and driving it has really bad shooting and driving controls.
Basically we just saw some buildings and thats it?
I'm not sure how impressed I am with a game that shows it's main character briefly and shows an incredibly sped up environment so you cant even see those individuals inhabiting the city and how they look

GTA fan 4 life lol, man I'm so exited about this game! Playa haters be ware! lol
Yeah, but you have to consider the scope of the game. For a game as big as this to look as good as it does is quite an achievement in and of itself.
It does look better than i expected...
I just like the background music to this trailer...thats it.

We saw a very beautiful car, we saw water, too. We saw that GTA finally gets rid of its close-to-cartoon-style and looks much more 'real'.
However you are right about the speed-up scene. Note that the speed-up was in the only scene where pedestrians could be seen. I'm quite sure that they still have problems with making 30 pedestrians in a street look 'real'.
1) the way a single person walks <- looked sometimes stupid in gta3
2) the way the crowd behaves <-
real pedestrians: walk / stand and talk / look at shop windows
gta3 pedestrians: walked and looked straight
EDIT: I just jused the pause-button viewing the vid. The pedestrians still walk like they shit in their pants. When they make a step they bend their knees too much and their bodies centres of gravity is unnaturally low then.
Still looks like they are using the same character animation as before =/
Poor textures on the character still make him look cartoony.
I wont mention the obvious drop in frame rate outside the themepark, opps I just did, its forgivable still early days.
Immigrants taking over New York, possible Russian Mifia involvement, I'm still hyped to play this game.
Petition for Borat as a secret character!!
